Os passos que fiz foram: Instalei a G-PEN F350 no netbook acer com ubuntu 10.10 Maverick, netbook edition. Segui o tutorial do fórum do blogdodesenhador aqui e instalei todos os pacotes relacionados pelo synaptic.
